1.Technician-Engine Shop

Accountabilities:

  •   Should be finding and identifying faults, Perform routine servicing schedules.
  •  Identify fault codes, by using computerized diagnostic equipment.
  • Carry out work as per manufacturer recommended methods, well trained use special and conventional tools for each job.
  • Follow checklists to ensure that all critical parts are examined
  •  Must examine vehicles to determine extent of damage or malfunctions.
  • Repairs, overhauls, maintains and services Disassemble and reassemble parts (complete engine overhauling) 
  • Insures availability of parts and supplies, by assessing jobs and determining parts that are needed for the job
  • Test and adjust repaired systems to meet manufacturers’ performance specifications.
  • To work successfully in this field, mechanics and technicians must have good physical strength,the willingness to continually learn over their career and good interpersonal skills.
  • Able to read and understand repair manuals and diagrams to fix the troubles.

2.Technician Auto A/c

Accountabilities

• To find / diagnose Faults In Air Conditioning Systems.
• To carry out Tasks, dismantle and Assemble Air conditioning accessories & components
independently.
• To inspect and Refill A/c Gas and Services of A/c System on Buses and Light Vehicles.
• To reset the performance of the A/c as per the manufactures recommendations
• To maintain Check list of the Jobs as described by the OEM, and update on JO.
• To prepare list of damaged Components for Quotations as needed on Customers
Vehicles.
• To strictly follow HSE Regulations
• To read and understand OEM manuals and Circuit Diagrams.
• To use of A/c Recycling machines for better performance and Quality Jobs.
• To Review Job orders and discuss with Supervisors for the Complaint Analysis.
• To maintain All the Tools and special Equipment’s and maintaining them Trouble Free.]
• To carry out Campaign Jobs as preventive maintenance.

3.Technician- Dentor

Accountabilities:

• To carry out bus body repair jobs after accident repairs and for annual vehicle
inspection.
• To carry out periodic maintenance of bus body.
• To carry out fabrication jobs as required by company.
• Carry out work as per manufacturer recommended methods, use torque wrench and
proper tools for each job.
• Clean bay after completion of job and keep the work area free from oil grease and dirt.
• Dispose waste in designated area.
• To follow all HSE regulation of a Paint Shop, during painting.
• To read and discuss the Job Orders before and after the denting of the Vehicle.

Working Relationships:
Internal Customers =Supervisors

External Customers=External Sold Vehicle Customers.

Working Environment:

4.Technician – Mechanic

Accountabilities

  • Should be finding and identifying faults, Perform routine servicing schedules.
  • Carry out work as per manufacturer recommended methods, use torque wrench and proper tools for each job. Ensure that calibrating instruments to make sure they are accurate.
  • Inspect brake systems, steering mechanism, wheel bearings, look for aged hoses and drive belts and coolant and oil leaks, carry out appropriate repairs to ensure that the vehicle is fit for operation until next schedule.
  • Must adjust, repair or replace parts and components of automotive systems including fuel,brake, steering and suspension, engine and drive train, emission control and exhaust, cooling,using hand tools and other specialized automotive repair equipment.
  • Follow checklists to ensure all important parts are examined, including belts, hoses, steering systems, brake and fuel systems, wheel bearings, and other potentially troublesome areas.
  • Test and adjust repaired systems to meet manufacturers’ performance specifications.
  • To work successfully in this field, mechanics and technicians must have good physical strength,the willingness to continually learn over their career and good interpersonal skills.

Accountabilities

  • To diagnose and undertake electrical repairs on a wide variety of vehicles and plant.
  • Taking readings, using a laptop or hand-held device connected to an engine’s electronic control unit (In modern vehicles).
  • Researching faults using manufacturers’ circuit diagrams and specification manuals.
  • Repairing or replacing faulty parts. Re-testing the system to make sure everything is working correctly and safely (this may include road testing the vehicle).
  • Carry out repairs to a single electrical circuit. Test, service and charge batteries. Repair electrical systems. Repair instruments and warning systems. Repair charging systems. Overhaul starting
    motors.
  • Carry out work as per manufacturer recommended methods, use torque wrench and proper tools for each job. Ensure that calibrating instruments to make sure they are accurate.

equipment installed in workshop and other facilities.
• To have thorough operational knowledge on Electrical and Electronics circuits and
Functions.
• To diagnose the Circuit Faults and Rectify.
• To diagnose Electronics PCB Faults and rectify.
• Able to read Circuit Diagrams.
• Able to carry out industrial Wiring and Circuits.
• To Carry out Service / Repairs and maintenance of all machinery in Workshop as per the
OEM manuals and Circuits.
• Maintain records of the maintenance Schedules.

Accountabilities

• Assess vehicles to determine sags and dents.
• Assist denting personnel with taking out dents and sags
• Prepare the vehicle to be painted
• Match the required colour with the available ones
• Mixing of colour to create the required shade
• Knowledgeable to use the paainting tools and equipment
• To be able to Repaint whole Bus by completing prior preparatory jobs of applying putty,
grinding and leveling , and number of Coat paintings until finishing and Buffing.
• To use Spray Guns and paint Spray accessories to achieve desired surface finish as of an
OEM product.
• To work on small job areas of painting where dent beating has been done and
completed.
• To dismantle of certain components or loose components for painting and Painting the
surface with all preparations for a better finished jobs.
• To follow all HSE regulation of a Paint Shop, during painting.
• To read and discuss the Job Orders before and after the paining of the Vehicle.

8.Technician – Reception

Accountabilities

• To carryout Job encoding on SAP / DBM Module to create Soft Related Tasks, Weekly /
Monthly Reports, Management Desired Reports.
• Co-ordinate with different departments to obtain management desired statistics,
compile & Tally off Road Reports.
• Maintain Excel Sheets on daily performances, incoming and releases of the Workshop
during Routine Workshop Functions and SAP / DBM server down or maintenance.
• Apply Knowledge on Automobile Repairs and maintenance while Creating Job Orders.
• To Close and Invoice Job Orders after receiving Technically Closed JO at Workshop
Control Office.
• Maintain Office Records of Closed Job orders, Records to be transferred to Archive
section.
• Inspect Vehicles for external damages, prepare a Check list.
• Inspect Accident Vehicles externally and prepare a support document for Job Order.
• Inspect Customer Vehicles and Raise Check list and Job order on the complaints from
Customer.
• Prepare Gate passes for Customer vehicle releases.

9.Technician Tyreman

Accountabilities

  • Lift up the vehicle by using lifting M/C, Jack in order to remove the wheel from the vehicle.
  • Dismantle all type of wheel from the vehicle in order to repair the puncture tire.
  • Find out the cause of Puncture, check & repair in order to reuse the puncture tire.
  • Check and fix similar depth of tire in order to get uniform wear and tear of tires.
  • Tire rotation as per recommendation in order to preserve balance handling & Traction and to provide performance advantage.
  • Wheel balancing in order to prevent the tire from being bounce due to hobby sensation and to have smooth operation, increase tire traction and to help the tires to last a longer period of time.
  • Check and segregate as per the condition and manufacturing date of tire in order to reuse,retread and dispose the tire.
  • Keep the job done record in Log book and fill the Job card after every completion of Job in order to maintain job done history.

Accountabilities

  • Able to Diagnose Transmission Complaints, Manual, Automatic, Light vehicles Gear boxes etc.
  • Should be able to work independently, with skills on Dismantling / Overhauling / and Assembling Transmissions as per the OEM Recommendations.
  • Able to Test the Assembled Transmission on Test Bench (Z/F Test Bench) and diagnose complaints.
  • Able to carry out Preventive maintenances desired, on Transmissions as per OEM recommendations.
  • Should have skills and knowledge on overhauling of manual transmission and Automatic on light vehicles and Cars.
  • Able to utilize all Special Tools and measurement Instruments during O/H
